Birth package
As a trained Continuum Doula my Birth Support package includes 6 antenatal visits, birth support and 6 postnatal visits. This varies from most traditional Doula models, fostering a closer relationship and continuity of care.
6 antenatal visits – contents guided by you. During these visits we will focus on evidence-based research which will enable you to make informed choices for you and your family.
I will be on call from 37 weeks of pregnancy and remain available 24/7 until the baby has been born. If your baby decides to arrive before 37 weeks I will try my best to support you at the birth still.
During your labour I will be there to hold a safe space and assist you in any way that I can.
6 postnatal visits
We’ll plan these visits together, and I’ll be with you 2-3 hours each time. I recommend scheduling the first visit within 24 to 48 hours after baby’s birth, so I can help you with feeding support and anything else you and your family need.
The second visit is usually on day 4 or 5, and the rest we can organise week-by-week – as frequently as you need them.
With both my packages, you also have the option to book extra hours and night support.

Postnatal package
1 antenatal planning visit
During this antenatal visit, we’ll get our heads together to discuss how you’d like me to support you during the postnatal period. That way, we’ll be all ready when baby arrives. It’s also a great chance to ask me any questions you might have about what to expect or services you’re interested in.
3-4 postnatal visits
My first postnatal visit would ideally be within the first week of baby being born. After that, it’s up to you how often you’d like me to come by and how long you want me to stay each time.
With both my packages, you also have the option to book extra hours and night support.

Other services
Additional visits
If you start to feel like you could use some extra time, you can book additional hours with me on a flexible basis. Visits are always a minimum of two hours.
These hours can be booked antenatally or postnatally, whenever you need them.
If you’re within 15 miles of my home in S81, mileage for these additional visits is free of charge. After 15 miles, I charge £0.50 per mile to help with time and fuel costs.
Night support
£30 per hour (min. 4 hours)
I can also lend a hand at night, from 8pm to 7am. For existing clients, this costs £30 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours.
If you’re not an existing client, I might still be able to help you! Get in touch and we can chat.
Hypnobirthing
I am a qualified Hypnobirthing instructor and I completed my training in May 2023 with The Birth Uprising. We will cover topics such as;
