Having the right support around you can make all the difference to how you experience it all. Whether you’re looking to feel more prepared for birth, want continuous support throughout labour, or need a steady, reassuring presence in those early weeks, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Every family is different, and what you need from a doula will be completely unique to you. The packages below are designed as a guide, and we can always tailor things so they feel right for you.
The first step is always a relaxed chat—on the phone, over Zoom or in person—so we can get to know each other and make sure I’m the right fit for you 🤍

Preperation
Birth Preperation Package
For those wanting to feel calm, informed and confident as they approach birth.
This package focuses on giving you the knowledge, tools and support to prepare for your baby’s arrival, without birth attendance.

- 4 antenatal sessions (in person or via Zoom)
- Full hypnobirthing and antenatal education
- Support with birth preferences and informed decision-making

Essential Birth Support
For families wanting steady, reassuring support throughout their birth.
This package focuses on being there for you when it matters most—offering continuous support during labour and guidance in the lead-up to your baby’s arrival.

This package is perfect for families who want to feel fully prepared for birth, while also having continuous, reassuring support throughout.
By combining hypnobirthing with full birth support, you’ll feel more confident, informed and calm—knowing you have both the tools and the support to navigate your birth in a way that feels right for you.

- 4 antenatal sessions including full hypnobirthing preparation
- Ongoing support via message or phone from the time of booking
- Dedicated on-call support from 38–42 weeks

Continuum
Comprehensive Antenatal, Birth & Postnatal support
For families wanting full, continuous support from pregnancy through to life with their baby.
This is my most comprehensive package, allowing us to build a strong relationship and ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.
What’s included
- 6 antenatal sessions which can include full antenatal education and hypnobirthing
- Ongoing support via message or phone from booking
- Dedicated on-call support from 38–42 weeks
- Birth pool and tens machine use
- Continuous support throughout your labour and birth
- 6 postnatal visits (2–3 hours each)

- Supporting feeding and recovery postnatally

This package is ideal for families who feel they would benefit from more regular, ongoing support both before and after birth.
Fourth Trimester
Postnatal Package
For those wanting extra support in the early days and weeks after baby arrives.
The postnatal period can feel like a big transition, and having the right support during this time can make all the difference.
What’s included
- 4 postnatal visits
- Emotional and practical support tailored to you
- Infant feeding support
- Time to reflect on your birth experience
- Light support around the home, including preparing food
- Support with baby care or older siblings so you can rest
During our time together, I can support you with:
- Feeding and settling your baby
- Building your confidence as a parent
- Talking through your birth experience
- Helping you get out and about with your baby
- Making sure you feel looked after as well as your baby
Investment £600
Night Support
The early weeks with a newborn can be exhausting, especially when sleep feels broken and unpredictable. Having someone there overnight can give you the chance to properly rest, knowing your baby is being gently cared for 🤍
I offer calm, reassuring overnight support so you can sleep, recover and wake feeling a little more like yourself.
What this can look like
- Settling and soothing your baby throughout the night
- Supporting with night feeds (breast, bottle or combination)
- Bringing baby to you for feeds and resettling afterwards
- Keeping an eye on your baby while you rest
- Offering reassurance and gentle support during the night
Investment £40 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Overnight support is available between 7pm and 7am.

Hypnobirthing
I am a qualified Hypnobirthing instructor and I completed my training in May 2023 with The Birth Uprising. I view hypnobirthing as a complete antenatal course, and in my sessions you will learn not only all about Hypnobirhting but also pregnancy and what to do when baby arrives! We will cover topics such as;
- The science behind birth
- Birth planning and preferences
- Inductions, caesareans and physiological birth
- Your rights and decision making
- Breathing and other hypnobirthing techniques
- Feeding your baby
